1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using SnapCamMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

2Eligibility — You Must Be 18+

SnapCamMeet is strictly for adults. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where adult communication services are prohibited;
• You have not been previously removed from the service.

Access is protected by an age gate. Falsely confirming your age, or allowing a minor to access the service through your account, is a material breach of these Terms. See our 18+ Policy for full details.

3Your Account

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure;
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date;
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create an account on behalf of someone else.

4Acceptable Use

When using SnapCamMeet, you agree that you will not:

• Allow any person under 18 to view, appear on, or participate in a cam session;
• Upload, display, transmit, or solicit any content that sexualizes or depicts a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — whether real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated;
• Expose others to sexual content without their consent, or harass, threaten, or abuse anyone;
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's cam session without their explicit consent;
• Engage in blackmail, extortion, or non-consensual sharing of intimate images;
• Impersonate others, post illegal content, or engage in spam, scams, or fraud;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Skip, mute, block, and report controls are available on every call, and our moderation team operates around the clock.

5Your Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you share and the way you behave on the service. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant SnapCamMeet a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict conduct that violates these Terms.

6Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access — without notice — if you violate these Terms, our 18+ Policy, or applicable law, or to protect users and the service. Violations involving minors result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

7Disclaimers

SnapCamMeet connects you with other people in real time. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content of their cam sessions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCamMeet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or your interactions with other users.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapCamMeet and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

10Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted on this page.
