18+ Policy

1Minimum Age Requirement

SnapCamMeet is strictly an 18+ service. By entering the app, allowing your camera, or starting a cam chat, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have reached the age of majority and legal capacity to enter into this agreement in the country, state, or region where you live; and
• You are not accessing the service from any jurisdiction where adult communication services are prohibited.

If any of these statements is not true, you are not permitted to use SnapCamMeet and must leave immediately.

2How We Confirm Your Age

Access is protected by an age gate. The first time you open the site you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. Confirming is a binding certification of your age — it is not a formality.

• Self-certification: You must actively confirm you are an adult before any cam chat begins.
• Additional verification: We may, at our discretion, ask for further proof of age (such as a government-issued ID) where the law requires it or where we have reason to doubt that a user is an adult. We may suspend access until verification is complete.
• Honest answers only: Falsely certifying your age, or helping a minor do so, is a serious violation that results in immediate and permanent removal.

3Zero Tolerance for Minors

We have an absolute, zero-tolerance position on the involvement of minors in any form. The following are strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Any person under 18 using, appearing on, or being shown on the service;
• Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or describes a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — whether real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated;
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to contact a minor through the service;
• Sharing a cam session with a minor present in the camera frame.

We cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities, and we will preserve and disclose information as required to investigate suspected exploitation of minors.

4Conduct & Consent

Even between adults, every interaction on SnapCamMeet must be consensual and lawful. The following are not allowed:

• Exposing another person to sexual content without their consent;
• Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing another user's cam session without their explicit permission;
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or extort another user;
• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images ("revenge content");
• Any sexual conduct that is illegal in your or the other user's location.

Skip, mute, block, and report controls are available on every cam-to-cam call. A "no" is always respected — disconnect and report anyone who does not respect your boundaries.

5Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter a suspected minor, non-consensual content, or any abuse, report it immediately using the in-call report button or by emailing [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team around the clock.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate disconnection, removal of content, permanent account termination, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to law enforcement, regardless of any other terms.

6Resources for Parents & Guardians

SnapCamMeet is intended for adults, and we support parents in keeping minors away from adult services. Consider tools such as device-level parental controls and content filters, including:

• Built-in screen-time and content restrictions on iOS and Android;
• Network-level filtering and family-safe DNS services;
• Third-party tools such as those provided by your operating system, browser, or internet provider.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this 18+ Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of SnapCamMeet after an update means you accept the revised policy.
